On the go, with their 4 and 0

Well, as we thought our season has started out great . Tackle Football has been so exciting, we do get nervous though. The boys have adjusted to the practices, and they do enjoy spending time with their friends. The first game of the season Isaiah came down with strep, so he was out, and then the third game Ethan was out due to a fractured nose. The fractured nose not caused by football, but by his twin brothers foot while wrestling. So, we have played four games and have only allowed one touchdown!!!! Ethan against the Jr. Mavericks stopped what could have been two touchdowns, he kicked in his speed and stopped one kid on the one yard line. Then the rest of our defense team held them and actually pushed them back and on 4th down Isaiah was there to stop em. Second possible touchdown, the kid ran down the middle, the kid was pretty big, but Ethan came from the outside got behind him and down he went. It was fantastic, the kids all did a great job. We are very proud of all the hard work our coaches put in with our boys. Especially Uncle Rob!!!!!!!!! And BIG brother Marcus (who has asked to be off on Saturdays to watch his baby brothers play) was so proud of his brothers. He told them to stay low, because the kids on this last team were pretty tall. He was so happy that they listened, he said it made him feel good. We couldn't get him to sit in the stands, he was on the sidelines cheering them on the entire game.

And let's not forget the last play of the game when Jakob ran the ball and *almost* got away from the tackle and would have scored the last touchdown! Go Jr. Rockets Go!

Congrats to a great game. You guys are doing really good. Those twins are a double threat and if they keep listening to "Big Brothers" advise they are going to be unstoppable. We miss you guys so much... they keep asking Rashad when he is coming back to play with them again.. you know they both are going to be great attorneys one day. They know how to pled their case.. LOL : )
